The Internet is a free, endless space where individuals can create, share and have access to infinite information. But would the behaviour of individuals be the same in real life? Under the mask of a profile and sheltered by the anonymity, social media are a perfect space to perpetuate alarming behaviour patterns such as misogyny and toxic masculinity. It is definitely the case of TikTok, probably the most popular site between teenagers which is the scenario where this project takes place.

After analysing and creating taxonomies of different TikTok trends, I propose a catalogue-exhibition that showcases this decontextualised material in order to uncover the oppressive, misogynistic attitudes.
