INTERVENTION

White Ink Regulations

The Barcelona City Code has to be explicitly searched by individuals to be read. There is quite a contradiction in its nature; though it is supposed to be public, this text is everything but accessible. How many people know about its existence?

White Ink Regulations is an intervention in Barcelona’s public space to expose its City Code to divulge these regulations. It stands to reason that the real scenario is used to spread the document that regulates people’s behavior on it. Apart from the document itself, a series of stickers, which consist of a QR that when scanned redirect to the online document, have been designed to be attached across the city in walls and bus stops among others.
